About

Hi, I’m Ross — and I’m happy you’re here.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make the process as safe, supportive, and down-to-earth as possible. I work with adults across Georgia through virtual sessions, helping people navigate life’s challenges, heal from past experiences, and build the tools they need to move forward.

I specialize in EMDR therapy, but I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory/Reality Therapy, and mindfulness practices. What that really means is: I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we’ll work together to find what feels right for you, your story, and your goals.

My Journey
I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have spent the past several years walking alongside clients in private practice, crisis hotlines, and community settings. Along the way, I’ve learned that each person’s path is unique, but healing is always possible when you have the right support.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
I believe in working alongside the clients I work with. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I give them space to work through things on their own, rather than trying to tell them what to do or how to think. They appreciate my warmth, patience, and non-judgmental approach to counseling.
