Trauma-Informed Care

We are all affected by traumas, some big and some small. Some traumas we weather, push on, and grow. Others stick with us and feel as if they won’t go away. At PMCC, we listen and help navigate you toward your desired growth.

EMDR

Ross is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, one of the most studied and most effective treatments for trauma, but also applicable to anxiety, depression, negative beliefs, and more.

At PMCC, we do not push or drag you. Our therapists walk alongside you on your journey, offering suggestions and guidance, but never demanding or making choices for you. This is your life. These are your goals. We are here to support you.
